Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Squarespace Payments / Stripe). We do not store your credit card number on our servers.
When you submit a COA request through our Transparency Vault, we collect your name, email address, and the reason for your request.
When you submit an adverse event report through our Product Safety page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the product and batch number involved, and a description of the event.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to process and fulfill your orders, to respond to your questions and requests, to send order confirmation and shipping updates, to evaluate product safety reports, and to comply with legal obligations including FDA adverse event reporting requirements under MoCRA.
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with: our payment processor to complete transactions, our shipping carrier to deliver your order, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration if we receive an adverse event report that meets the legal threshold for mandatory reporting under MoCRA.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because of the personal nature of fragrance and for hygiene reasons, our return and refund policy is as follows.
Unopened Products
If your product arrives with the tamper-evident paper seal fully intact and unbroken, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Opened Products
Once the tamper-evident seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded. We cannot verify the integrity of the contents once the seal is removed. All sales of opened products are final.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives with broken glass, a leaking bottle, a missing or incorrect product, or any other damage that occurred during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a scent or size you did not order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued on a returned item, the original shipping charge paid at checkout will not be included in the refund.

Products
Royal Scent Productions sells alcohol-based botanical fine fragrance classified as Extrait de Parfum. Our products are intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep away from heat, open flame, and sparks. Our products are flammable.
Product colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly between batches due to the use of natural botanical materials. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.
Allergen Notice
Our products contain botanical extracts that naturally contain allergens including but not limited to linalool, geraniol, eugenol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, farnesol, and citronellol. Full allergen information is available in our Transparency Vault. If you have known sensitivities to any botanical ingredient listed in our INCI disclosure, consult a dermatologist before use.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor.
Shipping
All orders ship via ground transportation only. Alcohol-based fragrance products cannot be shipped by air under federal transportation regulations. We do not offer expedited air shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the near future.
Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, product names, and scent names is the property of Royal Scent Productions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.
The scent names Velvet Meridian, Ambered Tropics, Nocturnal Silk, Crimson Gravity, and Bourbon Bloom are proprietary to Royal Scent Productions.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Scent Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the use of our products when the full ingredient list has been disclosed. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list and allergen information before purchasing and using the product.
Product Safety Reporting
If you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, report it through our Product Safety page. Serious adverse events may be reported to the FDA as required by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or products shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Shipping
All orders ship via ground transportation within the United States. We do not offer air shipping or expedited air options. Our perfumes contain 200-proof organic ethanol, which is classified as a flammable liquid under federal transportation regulations. Ground shipping is the only compliant method for this type of product through standard commercial carriers.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location. Most domestic orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us through the online form with your order number.
Packaging
Orders are packed in recyclable materials. Bottles are cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. If your order arrives with damaged or broken glass, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping for alcohol-based fragrance requires additional regulatory compliance that we have not yet completed. We will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via ground service. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipments.
